Dr. Irfan Siddiqui
A more personal connection.
Dr. Irfan Siddiqui is a board-certified interventional cardiologist with more than twenty-five years in medicine. His professional work spans clinical care, healthcare advisory, and concierge healthcare.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Nova Southeastern University, trained at Michigan State University, where he served as chief resident and chief cardiology fellow, and completed his interventional cardiology fellowship at the University of Utah. He is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiology, interventional cardiology and nuclear cardiology.
At Regenerative Health & Wellness, that background sits within a model centered on a continuing physician relationship and thoughtful care coordination. The aim is to understand the person behind the immediate concern—their history, priorities, and the life they lead.
A relationship that develops over time.
A medical question rarely exists in isolation. Prior treatment, current clinicians, family considerations, and travel plans can all form part of the picture.
RGH's approach brings those connections into the conversation. Members can discuss their needs, clarify the next appropriate step, and explore how care coordination can complement their existing physician relationships.
- Personal context — a conversation informed by your history and priorities.
- Continuity — a relationship that can develop beyond a single concern.
- Coordination — attention to how your clinicians, records, and next steps connect.
